Oppo Find X8 Ultra Launches With 6100 mAh silicon-carbon battery

Oppo’s high-end 2025 model, the Find X8 Ultra, has been unveiled. It has several enhancements in terms of imaging, performance, and design. According to a report in GSM Arena, the phone is among the slimmest flagship camera phones available, with a trim size of only 8.78mm. Despite its slimmer construction, it now satisfies IP68 and IP69 requirements, delivering improved protection against dust, water, and

and jets of great pressure. Additionally, SGS certified the smartphone with a five-star drop resistance rating.

Performance And Display

The 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display from the Oppo Find X8 Ultra is unchanged from the previous model. With 10-bit color, a 120 Hz adaptive refresh rate, QHD+ resolution, and a maximum brightness of 1,600 nits, it still provides a high-end viewing experience.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU, up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage power the Find X8 Ultra’s internal components. ColorOS 15, which is based on Android 15, powers it.

Battery Life

A bigger 6,100 mAh silicon-carbon battery is included with the smartphone. Compared to the previous generation, this is a noteworthy improvement of over 20%. It still supports 10W reverse wireless charging, 50W wireless AIRVOOC, and 100W wired SUPERVOOC charging.

Camera Upgrades

Photography is a top priority with the Find X8 Ultra. Its main camera, the 50 50MP 1-inch Sony LYT900 sensor, is still among the biggest in the business. According to Oppo, the sensor is 63% larger than the one found on Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro Max and 69% larger than the 200MP sensor used on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The two upgraded periscope zoom cameras are the true highlights.

The 6x telephoto sports a larger 1/1.95-inch sensor and an f/3.1 lens, while the 3x telephoto lens now has a brighter f/2.1 aperture and a 70mm focal length. Compared to the previous generation, this is a definite improvement.

Oppo said that customers would receive the “holy trinity” of lenses in their pockets, according to GSM Arena. Additionally, Oppo unveiled a True Chroma camera, supported by Hasselblad’s image processing, to guarantee accurate color reproduction in any lighting.

Controls and Software for Imaging

Two physical buttons have been added to the Find X8 Ultra: a quick camera button on the bottom right and a customizable shortcut button on the top left. Both of these buttons enhance photographic availability and user experience.

The Oppo Find X8 Ultra which comes in Shell Pink, Matte Black, and Pure White, will be on sale in China on April 16.
