CMF Phone 2 Pro: Launch livestream details
CMF Phone 2 Pro: What to expect
The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro system-on-chip (SoC), which powers the CMF Phone 2 Pro, is said by the firm to provide 5% better graphics and 10% quicker CPU performance than the basic Dimensity 7300 found in the CMF Phone 1.
A 50 MP primary camera, an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom will make up the smartphone’s triple camera setup.
The top and bottom parts of the CMF Phone 2 Pro’s dual-tone rear panel will have varying textures and finishes in comparable colors. Two variations have been displayed: one in white with a granite-like texture and the other in CMF’s characteristic orange with a gloss and matte combo. The smartphone will continue to use modular technology, and new add-ons including a back cover, wallet, and more camera lenses are anticipated.
Another characteristic of the CMF Phone 2 Pro is the “Essential Key,” an additional button that was first included with the Nothing Phone 3a series. Users can record voice notes, snap screenshots, and save them in a special “Essential Space” with the Essential Key. This area uses artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically arrange material and, using stored data, generate calendar events or reminders.
The smartphone will have a 1,000Hz touch sampling rate for better responsiveness and 120 frames per second of gameplay in Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) for better gaming. It is anticipated to have a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 33W wired charging.
CMF Buds 2 series (Buds 2, Buds 2a, Buds 2 Plus): What to expect
According to GSMArena, Nothing’s CMF Buds 2 are anticipated to have 11 mm custom drivers with Nothing Ultra Bass Technology 2.0 and Dirac Opteo sound tuning. Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity with dual device pairing is probably supported by the earbuds. Additionally anticipated is support for Microsoft Swift Pair and Google Fast Pair.
The buds may provide 48 dB hybrid active noise canceling (ANC) for noise reduction. Along with the brand’s Clear Voice Technology 3.0 and compatibility for spatial audio, the buds are also anticipated to have six microphones, three on each earbud. While the casing may have an IPX2 rating against water splashes, CMF Buds 2 are anticipated to have an IP55 rating for resistance to dust and water. No detailed specifications have been revealed for the Buds 2a and Buds 2 Plus, but they are expected to offer similar features to the Buds 2 with minor variations.
