A seamless user experience is provided by the 120Hz refresh rate, particularly when gaming and navigating the user interface. Standard (default), professional, and brilliant screen color modes are available for selection. You have the option of forcing it to 60Hz or 120Hz or using a smart switch.
According to the business, visual enhancement improves the color and contrast of some images for more striking display effects. When you use the phone in low brightness, the 3840Hz PWM dimming feature is automatically engaged. SCHOTT Xensation Up glass protection is on the screen.
Instead of the 16MP front camera found on the previous model, the phone now boasts a 32MP camera inside the notch. On the upper edge is an earphone that doubles as a backup speaker. Ultra-narrow bezels are visible on the sides. It has good haptic feedback
Regarding button locations and ports, the power button and volume rockers are located on the right side. Nothing is present on the left. On the bottom are the loudspeaker grill, USB Type-C port, dual SIM slot, and primary microphone.
The IR blaster has been relocated to the rear of the phone, inside the camera deco, and the secondary microphone is located on top. Although the phone’s frame is made of plastic, it has a matte texture to prevent fingerprints.
For a phone with a massive 7300mAh battery, its amazing weight of 199 grams is noteworthy. There is a good distribution of weight.
According to the business, the Phantom Grey we have radiates contemporary elegance with subtle metallic undertones that change with the light. Camera
- 50MP rear camera with 1/ 1.95″ Sony IMX882 sensor, f/1.79 aperture, OIS
- 2MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture
- 32MP front-facing camera, f/2.0 aperture
The camera user interface is identical to that of other Funtouch OS phones. AR stickers, extended exposure, 50MP mode, supermoon, and other features are among its many features. The phone boasts a 50MP rear camera, however after pixel binning, the final output is 12.5MP, while the front camera output is 32MP.
Regarding camera quality, the daytime images are good. To ensure a good dynamic range, it is advised to activate the HDR feature, which automatically turns on HDR based on the shot. The camera has a fast focus. There is good edge recognition in the portrait mode.
Zooming in on low-light photos reveals noise, but they are still passable. The optimization makes the night mode useful. Additionally, there is a supermoon mode that has a zoom of up to 20x, as opposed to the usual mode’s 10x. Although it’s a nice addition, the supermoon option isn’t comparable to flagships.
Although the new 32MP camera performs well in bright light and has a respectable front camera portrait, it is not the greatest in low light.
Unlike the previous mid-range Vivo phones, it can record videos from both the front and rear cameras at up to 30 frames per second in 4K resolution. Both regular and ultra stabilization are available, although the extreme option crops the content, lowering the resolution to 1080p. OIS does well in stabilization. Neither HDR nor portrait video recording are available on it.
Software, UI and Apps
In terms of software, the phone is running Funtouch OS 15 on top of Android 15. It has the April 2025 Android security patch installed. Like previous Vivo T series phones, the phone will receive three years of security upgrades in addition to two Android OS updates.

An AI Super Document, an AI Circle to Search, an AI Note help, an AI eraser, and image cuts are all available. There is now a customizable call background in addition to seamless live wallpapers. Your Vivo gadget and PC can work together more effectively thanks to a Link to Windows.
When the default programs are running in the background, 3GB of the 8GB of LPDDR4X Ultra RAM is free. This leaves roughly 7.4GB of the RAM accessible. An extra 8GB RAM extension feature is available. 102.4GB of the 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage is available right out of the box.
The phone comes with a Smart Remote app because it includes an infrared blaster.
