Vivo X200 FE: Key Features & Specs

Vivo has managed to cram impressive flagship-grade hardware into the compact X200 FE. The device features a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display, slightly smaller than the OnePlus 13s, delivering FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals.

Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage — ensuring high-speed performance and ample space.

One of its standout features is the 6,500mAh battery, which supports 90W wired fast charging — all while keeping the phone lightweight at 186g and slim at 7.99mm thickness. Despite its compact profile, the X200 FE outdoes the OnePlus 13s with its battery capacity and retains a premium camera system.

The rear houses a Zeiss-tuned triple-camera setup, including:

  • 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor

  • 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom

  • 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera

Notably, the main and telephoto sensors are the same as those in Vivo’s flagship X200 model. On the front, a 50MP selfie camera handles high-res self-portraits and video calls.

Durability & Extras

The Vivo X200 FE isn’t just about performance — it’s also built tough. The phone boasts both IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance ratings, making it more rugged than many competitors. Other features include Bluetooth 5.4, an IR blaster, and a color temperature sensor for better display calibration.

Pricing & Availability

  • Taiwan: 26,999 NTD (~$910 USD) for the 512GB variant

  • Hong Kong: 5,498 HKD (~$700 USD)
