In India, Vivo has released its low-cost Y19 5G smartphone. With a 5,500 mAh battery and an IP64 rating for protection against water and dust intrusion, the smartphone is priced at Rs 10,499 and higher. The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 CPU powers the Vivo Y19 5G, which also has a 13MP primary camera with integrated AI-powered image tools.

The Vivo India e-store, Flipkart, and a few retail locations now carry the Vivo Y19 5G smartphone. Customers who buy the smartphone with 6GB of RAM can choose a three-month EMI plan that has no interest as part of the launch offer.

According to Vivo, the new Y19 5G smartphone has a high-end appearance with a metallic matte frame and “Rainbow Crystal Texture.” 199g in weight and 8.19mm thick, the smartphone comes in Titanium Silver and Majestic Green color options. In terms of robustness, the smartphone is certified Swiss SGS Five-Star Drop protection and has an IP64 grade for water and dust protection.

The smartphone has a refresh rate of 90 Hz and an HD+ resolution of 6.74 LCDay. With a 5,500 mAh battery and 15W wired charging, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chip. The smartphone has two cameras for imaging: a 5MP front-facing camera and a 13MP primary camera. Additionally, there are a number of AI-powered picture editing tools, such as AI Erase for eliminating undesired items,AI Photo Enhance for sharpening blurry images, and AI Documents for scanning notes.
