Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro is launching this month in China.

Later this month, Xiaomi is preparing to introduce the Civi 5 Pro, its next-generation Civi smartphone, in China. Although a specific date has not yet been set, May 22 is generally predicted to be the day to watch. This phone, internally referred to as Little 15, is being marketed as the most potent Civi phone to date.

Lu Weibing, the head of Xiaomi’s smartphone division, even asserted that the company wants to provide a comparable experience to the standard iPhone, albeit with a lighter and thinner design. Although it is a bold claim, the specifications do point to a significant improvement over the Civi 4 Pro from the previous year. This is all the information you require for the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro.

Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro Specifications

The Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro is anticipated to launch in China on May 22, 2025, featuring a 6.55-inch quad-curved OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a hole-punch cutout for the front camera. While there’s no official word on its India launch, if Xiaomi follows its previous strategy, the device might debut in India as the Xiaomi 15 Civi, similar to how the Civi 4 Pro was introduced as the Xiaomi 14 Civi.

The Xiaomi 14 Civi arrived in India with a slim and lightweight design, Leica-tuned cameras, and was priced starting at ₹42,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant and ₹50,999 for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage version. If Xiaomi maintains a similar pricing strategy for the Civi 5 Pro, it could present strong competition to devices like the OnePlus 13R and the previous year’s Galaxy S24, especially for users who prioritize a sleek design alongside robust specifications.
